Treatment Service and Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments. However, if you experience an adverse reaction or are unsatisfied with your results, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns.
Non-returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
Opened or used vitamin or wellness products
Personalised or custom-ordered items or vitamins
Gift cards or promotional vouchers. If your gift card is damaged or faulty, please contact us within and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
Mobile Service
For mobile IV treatments, a travel fee applies depending on your location. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in full charge of the booked service.
Exceptions and Discretion
All refunds are subject to our review and approval. We are committed to working with our clients to find a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.
